Kipp Hanley graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati in 1995 with a history degree. He has spent the last 26 years working in journalism and public relations.
Prior to joining MOAA in January 2022, Hanley worked eight years as a copywriter for the Prince William County Service Authority. He has also covered sports, government, and education for a variety of news outlets, and he served as a marketing coordinator for the Marine Corps Marathon in 2006.
Hanley grew up in Louisville, Ky., and is the son of an 82nd Airborne Division paratrooper.
