A: Unfortunately you cannot. As a protective measure for both you and us, it is best if you call (1-800-234-6622) or sign in to your account to take care of that business.
Q: There is no chat button, only a ‘Help’ button. When are you available via chat?
A: If the chat is on, the button will say
“Chat.
” If the chat is not currently live, the button will say
“Help
” and clicking it will generate a contact form. Please fill out the form and one of our member representatives will reach out to you soon.
