Thank you for your interest in chatting with one of our live Member Service Representatives. We are constantly seeking new ways to connect, so we’re glad you want to chat!

If you’ve used chat before, the process should seem pretty simple. If not, you won't have difficulty figuring it out. Here are some answers to a few frequently asked questions:

Q: Can I pay for membership via chat?

A: Unfortunately you cannot. As a protective measure for both you and us, it is best if you call (1-800-234-6622) or sign in to your account to take care of that business.

Q: There is no chat button, only a ‘Help’ button. When are you available via chat?

A: If the chat is on, the button will say “Chat.” If the chat is not currently live, the button will say “Help” and clicking it will generate a contact form. Please fill out the form and one of our member representatives will reach out to you soon.

Q: Is there another way I can get in touch with MOAA?

A: Of course! You can email us at msc@moaa.org or call us at 1-800-234-MOAA (6622).

Q: I’d like to report an issue with the chat function.

A: Please submit any issues you’ve experienced with our chat functionality to msc@moaa.org. We accept any feedback, positive or negative!

Q: Can you provide me any information about my insurance policy?

A: Unfortunately we cannot. The chat function is limited to just our membership information. You should be able to get more information on your insurance policy through www.moaainsurance.com.
