Most TRICARE Prime and Select plan costs for the new year will rise at or slightly above the 2027 cost of living adjustment of 3.6%, according to figures released Nov. 5 by the Defense Health Agency.

The announcement came days before the Nov. 9 start of Open Season. Most costs for TRICARE premium-based plans were released in October; the recent announcement added catastrophic cap figures for those plans.
