If you are enrolled in TRICARE Select and have two or more “complex medical conditions,” then you may be eligible for a free pilot program to assist with your health care management.

TRICARE Select Navigator, administered by Accolade, connects TRICARE Select beneficiaries with a dedicated nurse, specifically assigned to you and your family, to help navigate health care activities. These services include finding a network doctor or specialist, setting up care after a move, preparing for a doctor’s visit or hospital stay, scheduling a doctor’s appointment, deciphering a medical bill, and answering health or benefit questions.

What medical conditions are considered "complex"? The short list posted to TRICARE’s website include asthma, cancer, depression, diabetes, and heart disease, and/or medical claims totaling $100,000 per year.

If this sounds like something you would like to explore, inquire about your eligibility by calling (833) 400-9603 weekdays from 8 a.m. to midnight Eastern time.

Answers to more frequently asked questions about the program are available at Accolade's FAQ website.
