As MOAA's Program Director, Engagement and Career Transition Services, Capt. Pat L. Williams, USN (Ret), PhD, PHR®, manages the planning and execution of MOAA’s career transition support services, including career counseling, résumé critiques, and LinkedIn profile reviews. She also plans and executes member support functions to include oversight of MOAA’s State Legislative Forum, four virtual chapters, the online caregiver support program guide, Strobridge Legislative Chair/Liaison Awards Chair, and annual membership events. She delivers career transition and benefits education facilitations, provides content for MOAA’s print/electronic publications and multimedia channels, and conducts council and chapter visitations in support of MOAA’s advocacy, leadership, education, and service missions.
