The provider responsible for TRICARE prescription benefits has launched a user-research program designed to improve services for all recipients – and has asked MOAA to spread the word.

The Express Scripts User Research Panel will ask volunteers to participate in research studies involving phone interviews, online surveys, and in-person research sessions. Participants would be invited to such activities throughout the year via email and would be compensated for their time.

Those interested in taking part in the panel can fill out a short qualifying survey here. The initial survey should take less than 10 minutes.
