Daniel Luna, Ed.D., is a Navy retiree and executive coach specializing in leadership, resilience, and human performance during periods of stress, loss, and transition. He is the Founder and CEO of Team 3LX, where he partners with leaders and organizations operating in high‑stakes environments to strengthen clarity, adaptability, and values‑based decision‑making.
Over a 20‑year military career, he led teams through complex missions and later served at the U.S. Naval Academy, mentoring future officers and teaching resilience and ethical leadership as a Senior Fellow at the Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership.
