Dr. Keith Castille serves as CEO and is co-founder of C2H, LLC, and an is independent contractor advising on force development, policy creation and implementation, and a wide range of business solutions. He also serves as the International Board of Directors Trustee for Retired and Veterans Affairs for the Air Force Sergeants Association. 
 
Keith is a retired veteran, having served 28½ years as a valued member of the Air Force. While on active duty, Keith served in the highest enlisted grade as a chief master sergeant. His last position was the senior enlisted leader, Office of the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, Talent Management Cell, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. He delivered Department of the Air Force talent management initiatives and developed Air Force-level policies and procedures across talent management life cycles. Keith oversaw research and analysis teams to develop and adapt best practices and identify innovative solutions to current and future human resource challenges. He was responsible for synchronizing talent management efforts across the Department of the Air Force while leveraging the expertise of partner nations, strategic advisors, and think tanks around the globe. 
 
With more than three decades of work experience in the human resource field, Keith has developed and honed skills in transformational leadership, organizational culture, instructional system design, and workforce education. His mission is to empower each generation of leaders to thrive in a complex and dynamic world. He has led at various levels and has made positive contributions wherever he served.
