Building on the momentum from the senior enlisted leader panel at TotalForce+, the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) is launching a webinar series focused on the people side of national defense.

This series brings together the services’ senior enlisted leaders for a candid conversation on the challenges and opportunities shaping members of today’s force and their families. It is designed to connect senior leader perspectives with the broader military and veteran community.

The discussion will take place across multiple sessions. Guests for the first webinar, which will be streamed live from MOAA HQ in Alexandria, Va.: 

• SEAC David Isom, Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
• SMA Michael Weimer, Sergeant Major of the Army
• MCPON John Perryman, Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy
• CMSAF David Wolfe, Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force

Moderated by MOAA President and CEO Lt. Gen. Brian T. Kelly, USAF (Ret), this conversation continues the dialogue from TotalForce+, with a focus on topics that directly impact readiness and the experience of those who serve.
Areas of discussion include leadership development, quality of life for servicemembers and families, transition and the veteran experience, and readiness across the force.

The hourlong discussion will be followed by a Q-and-A: Webinar attendees can submit questions during the session, which will be fielded as time permits. MOAA will work to follow up with panel members on the remaining questions and will share any responses received with registrants. The session will be recorded for later viewing.
 

Who Should Attend

This event is open to the full military-connected community, including currently serving members, senior leaders and command teams; veterans and retirees; military families; and nonprofit and industry partners supporting the force. MOAA membership is not required to attend.
