The Narrangansett Bay Chapter of MOAA is hosting their monthly meeting with guest speaker Rear Adm. Richard Buchanan, USN (Ret) from the MOAA Board of Directors.

Presentation topics will be a general MOAA overview, including current National MOAA activities and a legislative update.
