Brittany grew up in Cincinnati and later spent several years in Tennessee, where she attended the University of Tennessee. She is a military spouse — her husband serves in the Army — and together they have two children.

Brittany has worked in the veteran and military-connected ecosystem since 2021, first with Bunker Labs and later with the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF). Her career has largely been rooted in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on program management and fundraising. She brings extensive experience launching new programs, managing events, and collaborating with external partners to successfully execute mission-driven initiatives.
