Chapter Activities

The Chapter supports 15 JROTC programs and 3 Army/Navy/Air Force ROTC programs.  We have supported Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors, Inc., the Southwest PA & Erie Veterans Homes, Operation Troop Appreciation (“OTA”), as well as the Allegheny County Veterans Court. In addition, we have an event group that volunteers to partner with the SWPA Veterans Home to assist with community events. We also conduct yearlong collections of clothing donations and holiday cards which are distributed during holiday season to the veteran homes in the area.

We schedule other group activities such as Pittsburgh Pirates/Washington Wild Things baseball games, chapter picnics, Gateway Clipper river excursions, and historical site tours in our region.
