New MOAA Customer System Coming Soon
Make sure the transition to your online access is seamless and update your account now.
In efforts to continually improve your customer experience, MOAA is proud to announce we will transition to a new customer account system later this year. This transition will provide a simpler way to manage your account with MOAA.
In order for MOAA to provide you the most robust online experience, including access to your account through our updated customer portal, you will need to have a current email address on file with us. You can verify which email address we have on record or make updates by logging in to your online account. If you have not yet shared your email address with us, please call our Member Service Center at 1-800-234-6622 and a representative will be happy to add it to your customer record.
To ensure seamless access to your online account, a current email address needs to be on file. Rest assured, none of these system changes will affect your MOAA Membership status, benefits, or email preferences previously shared with us.
