Brig. Gen. David E. Price, USAF (Ret)

Brig. Gen. David E. Price, USAF (Ret) graduated from Willamette University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science in political science. He was commissioned through Air Force ROTC in 1978 after graduate study at the University of Oregon. He received a Master of Science in political science from Auburn University in 1989 and a Master of Science in national resource strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces in 1994. He is also a graduate of Syracuse University's National Security Management program.

Price's active duty assignments included Air Force chair and professor of acquisition at the Industrial College of the Armed Forces; commander of the 61st Air Base Group at Los Angeles AFB; comptroller of Air Mobility Command; and comptroller of Air Force Materiel Command. He finished his career at the Pentagon as director of budget operations and personnel in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Comptroller. Price served on the board of directors for the Army and Air Force Exchange Service from 2007 to 2010. He retired from the Air Force in January 2011.

Today, Price is a partner in Robertson-Price LLC, a real estate investment and property management company in Redmond, Ore. He is a member of the Redmond Chamber of Commerce and the American Society of Military Comptrollers as well as a Life Member of MOAA and a member of the Central Oregon Chapter of MOAA.
