Businesses are celebrating Independence Day with discounts on and around the holiday for veterans, servicemembers, and military spouses. Find a deal near you below, and check back for updates as July 4 approaches.

 

[MOAA PREMIUM AND LIFE MEMBERS: Special July 4 Savings at the GE Appliances Store]

 

Academy Sports + Outdoors: Servicemembers and first responders get 10% off their entire purchase both in-store and online May 1 through July 4.

 

Blue Star Museums: Museums across the U.S. will be participating in the Blue Star Museums program this summer, offering free admission to active duty servicemembers and their families, including National Guard and Reserve members, from May 21 to Sept. 5. Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden: Active duty and retired servicemembers receive free admission to the Zoo as well as six half-price admission tickets for members of their immediate family.

 

Columbus Zoo and Aquarium: Servicemembers and veterans and their immediate family get free zoo admission and discounted Zoombezi Bay admission July 2-10. Proof of service is required. Learn more.

 

Rack Room Shoes: Anyone with a military ID gets 20% off their entire purchase in stores July 4. Learn more.

 

Target: A new Target military discount for the 4th of July will give Veterans, active duty servicemembers, guardmembers and reservists, and their direct family members a 10% discount on most products between June 26 and July 4. The discount can be used twice. Find more details on Target.com.

 

Walgreens and Duane Reade stores: Veterans and servicemembers and their families get 20% off eligible in-store purchases July 1-4 with myWalgreens® membership and proof of service.
