Jo Weech has served transitioning military and veterans since 2014 in a number of organizations. Coming from strong connections in various branches (father, father of her children, a daughter, a son, all having served/are serving), she continues to volunteer in local and national groups to provide intel on recruiting practices. 

She is partnered with businesses that provide training to military veterans and spouses in the area of cybersecurity and cloud computing. Additionally, she provides connections to resources to give every advantage to those who have served as they transition from military to civilian careers.

In her current company, she provides award-winning expertise in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to national and global clients and is a speaker for webinars, podcasts, and conferences year-round.
