National MOAA President and CEO Lt. Gen. Dana T. Atkins, USAF (Ret), presented a charter to members of the new Northeast South Dakota Chapter during a ceremony at the Watertown Elks Lodge May 15. The Northeast South Dakota Chapter has 31 charter members and meets the third Saturday of each month at noon at the Watertown Elks Lodge.
