Kristen Stotz, a native of Pennsylvania, holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration in marketing and innovation entrepreneurship from Northeastern University in Boston.
Stotz originally joined MOAA in 2011 as a Member Service Representative. From 2012 to 2015, she worked on the Membership and Marketing team analyzing membership data and projections before PCS-ing to Pensacola, Fla., with her husband, a Navy helicopter pilot. There, Stotz served as Director of Marketing for Pensacola Opera, where she was responsible for ticketing strategy, brand development and implementation, execution of paid and in-kind media and sponsor contracts, and event and fundraising support.
Returning to MOAA in 2019 as Senior Manager for Business Development, Stotz worked with MOAA’s non-insurance affinity partners to enhance the robust benefit portfolio for MOAA members. Now as Program Director, Stotz is responsible for outreach and recruiting efforts, coordinating a team of MOAA Ambassadors throughout the country, and co-chairing the Currently Serving and Spouse Advisory Councils.
