Julie Huebsch, a New Jersey native, holds a Bachelor's of Arts in music and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. After graduating, she worked in development at the Colorado Springs Symphony Orchestra and then at the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra in Virginia before moving into the association field. Her association experience includes positions in the resource center at the American Symphony Orchestra League and in both the research and IT departments at the Council on Foundations.
In January 2003, Huebsch brought her knowledge of association management software to MOAA as the special assistant to the president for customer relationship management data systems. In Aug. 2003, she was promoted to director, business systems. She earned a Master's Certificate in Knowledge Management from the George Washington University in 2005. Then in November 2017, she joined the Membership and Marketing team where she happily spends her days analyzing member data and trends as the senior data analyst.
