Cathy Metcalf is a former Senior Human Resources Manager at MOAA.
Cathy Metcalf joined the Human Resources team in January 2005 after more than three years in the Finance Department. She received her PHR certification from HRCI in 2008 and later received the SHRM-CP in 2015.
Metcalf enjoys educating employees about benefits and policies at MOAA and keeping their pay records accurate. As a proud graduate of Clemson University, she received her bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and her master's degree in Mathematics. She has personally experienced the challenges of a military spouse through multiple relocations as the former spouse of a USAF pilot of the C-9 Nightingale.
Outside of work, Metcalf’s passions are family, audio books, and dancing the smooth swing dance, Carolina Shag.
