In 1993, named the Mrs. Christian Herter Leadership awardee as the top junior officer aboard the USS Constellation (CV-64)
Qualified as a P-3 CNO Special Projects Mission Commander/Instructor Tactical Coordinator in my first operational squadron VP-24 and finished my career with over 4,000 flight hours
Served as the Battlespace Awareness FCB (Functional Capabilities Board) O6 Lead, shepherding Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) programs through the JROC (Joint Requirements Oversight Council) process
