Capt. Jacob Jablonski, USAF

Capt Jake Jablonski, MI ANG, is a native of Buffalo, New York. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Geospatial Science with a Minor in Portuguese from the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he graduated and commissioned in 2016. He served on active duty for five years, assigned to the 31st Fighter Wing at Aviano Air Base, Italy, followed by the 509th Bomb Wing at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. He also holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Contemporary War from King’s College London.

 

He transitioned to the Michigan Air National Guard in 2021, where he currently is assigned to the 217th Air Component Operations Squadron at Battle Creek Air National Guard Base. He serves on the A-Staff as a Munitions and Missile Maintenance Officer (21M) supporting U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa Command. In his civilian career, he is an asset manager for a clean energy power plant owner, operator, and developer headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

 

He has been a MOAA member since 2021 and serves as the Director of Membership for the North Shore & Chicago Chapter.
