Q: The chat button is red and says "Support" and no chat is initiated. When are you available via chat?
A: Our hours are limited to when we typically receive the highest volume of inquiries: 9 AM – 4 PM Eastern Time. During off hours you can submit a message using the “Support” button which will be responded to within 24 hours.
Q: Is there another way I can get in touch with someone about this Caregiver site?
A: Of course! You can email us at email@example.com.
Q: I’d like to report an issue with the chat function.
A: Please submit any issues you’ve experienced with our chat functionality to firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept any other feedback as well, positive or negative!
