Terry Waters is a native of McLean, Va. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Arizona State University.
Before joining the MOAA team, he worked as a congressional intern for Rep. Don Young. Terry started at MOAA in 2020 and worked as a member service representative before becoming manager of the Member Service Center. He joined the Government Relations team in January 2025.
