Arun Gupta is CEO of NobleReach Foundation, a venture capitalist, national bestselling author and faculty at both Stanford University and Georgetown University. He is active across emerging technology, entrepreneurship, public policy, and venture finance communities, with a passion for inspiring the next generation of mission-driven leaders.
At Stanford, Arun teaches "Valley Meets Mission: Purposeful Entrepreneurship with Government" and serves on the Stanford in Washington Advisory Board and the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies Advisory Council. At Georgetown's McDonough School of Business, he teaches Entrepreneurial Finance and Venture Capital and has received both the Entrepreneurial Faculty Teaching Excellence Award and the Peter W. Gonzalez Jr. Award for Excellence in Faculty Teaching.
As a Partner at Columbia Capital for nearly two decades, Arun led investments in cybersecurity and government technology with a focus on national security, AI, and cloud infrastructure. Earlier in his career, he was at Carlyle Venture Partners and Arthur D. Little, where he helped establish the firm's management consulting operations in Mumbai.
Arun holds a B.S. and M.S. in engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. A longtime Washington, D.C, area resident; he is committed to community service and is the proud husband of Dr. Anjali Mehta Gupta and father of three.
