TRICARE beneficiaries can access a number of mobile applications, better known as apps, designed to run on a mobile device such as a phone, tablet, or watch.

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) and TRICARE and their regional contract partners have developed apps for servicemembers and retirees and their beneficiaries. Every app provided by DHA, TRICARE, or contract partners is free and available for iPhones and Android mobile devices, with a few exceptions.

To access the apps, visit TRICARE’s app resource webpage. Here are apps available:

  • Humana Military (TRICARE East): Allows beneficiaries to make payments, check eligibility, and find a provider.
  • Express Scripts: Manage and track prescriptions, find a network pharmacy, get drug information, and more.
  • MyCare Overseas (International SOS): Offers on-the-go access to everything you need if and when receiving TRICARE-covered medical services overseas.
  • QuitSTART: Get help if you’re trying to quit smoking.
  • Breathe2Relax: Manage stress through this portable tool.
  • Tactical Breather: Get help managing stress through the use of various exercises.
  • PTSD Coach: Get help if you’re experiencing PTSD symptoms.
  • Decide + Be Ready: Helps guide women who are servicemembers  through the best options for contraception and family planning.
  • Deployment Readiness Education for Service Women: Provides a one-stop resource for women’s health concerns before, during, and after deployment.
  • The TRICARE West app: Find providers. (available at this link; iPhone users only)

  • mTBI Pocket Guide: Improve care for mild TBI patients with this quick reference guide.
  • Dream EZ: Diminish nightmares for a good night’s sleep.
  • BIOZEN: Mobile monitoring of biosensor devices.
  • Provider Resilience: Find tools to guard against burnout and compassion fatigue.
  • T2 Mood Tracker: Monitor and track emotional health.
