As MOAA's Director of Government Relations for Currently Serving and Retired Affairs, Lt. Col. Mark Belinsky, USA (Ret), is responsible for legislative advocacy to ensure compensation and benefits, adequately support uniformed servicemembers, retirees, and surviving families.
