Col. Frank J. Snyder, USA

Snyder earned a Bachelor of Science in systems engineering in 1992 from the University of Virginia and three Master of Science degrees, two in 2000 from George Mason University in C3I Systems Engineering and Civil, Infrastructure, and Environmental Engineering, and one in 2014 from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School of National Security and Resource Strategy in National Security and Resource Strategy.

His military service has included tactical and strategic communications, cyberspace planning, teaching at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., two operational tours during Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq, and commanding at both the battalion and brigade levels. Snyder actively volunteers in many educational, community, and religious venues. He has been a MOAA Life Member for nearly 20 years.
