Community Outreach Grant Application

The application for the 2022 Community Outreach Grant is now closed. Judging is complete, and grant recipients will be contacted via email the last week in April. The application for the 2023 grant opens in early December 2022.

Before completing your application, you should familiarize yourself with The MOAA Foundation Community Outreach grant criteria and webinar.

This worksheet can be used as a practice guide for this application. Note: This document cannot be used in-place of the application and will not be accepted as a grant submission.

The application does not need to be completed in one session; you may save your work and return later to submit the final application. Once your application is submitted, no further changes may be made.

We expect everyone to abide by local safety guidelines when facilitating an event or working with other individuals.

Any 2021 Community Outreach Grant and/or COVID-19 Chapter Grant recipients can access this fillable PDF to report mid-cycle and final grant fund usage, and send to moaa_foundation@moaa.org
