Becca Culhane is originally from Northern Virginia. As a graduate of the East Carolina University Class of 2016, she holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communication focused in Public Relations with a minor in Sports Studies.
After college, Culhane joined MOAA as a member service representative. Within this role, she answered member questions and concerns regarding military health care, benefits and pay, attended outreach events, and supported additional MOAA staff in numerous capacities.
Culhane began working in the Council & Chapter Affairs Department in November 2018. As a chapter affairs specialist, she coordinated directly with our board, staff, and council and chapter members regarding visits, conventions, and events; received and created award nominations for council and chapter member recipients; assisted other departments in MOAA events, and offered additional administrative support to her fellow colleagues and the nearly 400 councils and chapters within the association.
Culhane began working as a development associate in February 2020.
