Rachel Augustine is a Navy spouse who has spent the last 25 years navigating the challenges of military family life. Her family has been stationed at several locations in the U.S. after immigrating from Canada. 

Rachel’s passion is helping fellow spouses find their path, especially in employment and volunteer opportunities. This drive to help others came out of the struggles she encountered when balancing finding a job and child care. Out of this challenge, she discovered a world of remote work opportunities and has worked from home since 2007.  

Rachel has held several volunteer positions related to where her sailor is stationed.  

She is currently the operations manager for a software company and resides in the Norfolk, Va., area.
