Lindsay Bradford

Lindsay Bradford is an Arizona native and currently a Senior Manager on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring our Heroes team.

She has a background in corporate security, program management, investigations and crisis management at the Fortune 500 level. During her time in the corporate sector, she was an active participant within her company’s Military Business Council. When the opportunity arose to advocate for military spouse employment and share her story of struggling to maintain a career, she took it and became the Senior Advisor for Career for Blue Star Families. During this time, she led a grassroots initiative that consisted of a team of career managers who worked directly with military spouses in their local communities to assist with job placements and advocacy with local employers.

She also was intimately involved with the research and development of Sen. Tim Kaine’s Military Spouse Employment Act of 2018. In September 2018, Lindsay joined the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring Our Heroes team as a Senior Manager, where she continues her efforts in advocacy and support of hiring initiatives for the entire military community to include transitioning service members, veterans, military spouses, and caregivers.

Lindsay graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies and in International Relations with an emphasis on Foreign Policy, National Security, Terrorism and Military Science. She is married to an active duty Navy servicemember.
