Q: Can I pay for membership via chat?A: Unfortunately, you cannot. As a protective measure for both you and us, it is best if you call (1-800-234-6622) or sign in to your account to take care of that business.
Q: The chat button is red and says offline. When are you available via chat?A: Right now we are in a testing phase with this function, so our hours are limited to when we typically see the most volume: 10 AM – 4 PM EST. Depending on chat volume and demand, this may change in the near future.
Q: Is there another way I can get in touch with MOAA?A: Of course! You can email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-800-234-MOAA(6622).
Q: I’d like to report an issue with the chat function.A: Please submit any issues you’ve experienced with our chat functionality to firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept any feedback as well, positive or negative!
Q: Can you provide me any information about my insurance policy?A: Unfortunately, we cannot. This chat function is limited to just our membership information. You should be able to get more information on your insurance policy through www.moaainsurance.com.
