Submit Notices and Member Books
Reunion and "Reader Exchange" (people seeking people) Notices
Submit notices once by mail (MOAA, ATTN: Info Ex, 201 N. Washington St., Alexandria, VA 22314-2539) or e-mail email@example.com. Notices will appear in the magazine once.
Include the name, address, phone number, and e-mail address of a point of contact.
- Submit "Reunion" notices at least six months before the event and include the service, name of the outfit, date, and location (city, state) of the reunion.
- Limit "Reader Exchange" items to 40 words.
- Expect to wait three to six months for the notice to appear in the magazine.
If you're an MOAA member who has written a book bearing an ISBN, submit a nonreturnable copy with a brief description to MOAA, ATTN: Member Books, 201 N. Washington St., Alexandria, VA 22314-2539. Define the book as fiction, nonfiction, or memoir and include price (postpaid or plus postage), purchasing phone number and address, and MOAA member number.
Author's name, book title, publisher, and ISBN will appear in the magazine (expect to wait three months); full descriptions will appear on MOAA's Web Base.
