Officer Updates Form Instructions

To access this form on the website, you must currently hold one of the following offices in your council or chapter: President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary, Membership Chair, E-mail Point of Contact, Roster Contact, Past President, Webmaster, Treasurer and Newsletter Editor. You must also be logged in to the MOAA website to see the officer form for your chapter. You can log in at the top right hand corner of the website. If you have issues logging on contact the Member Service Center 1-800-234-6622.

If you are a newly elected council or chapter officer and MOAA has not yet been notified of the change in office, you will not be able to access the Chapter Officer Form until the change of office has been entered in the MOAA database. You should completely log out of the MOAA web site and then log back in to make sure that any recent changes have been recognized. You can log in here.

Follow the steps below: 

1.  Point to Chapters/Community at the top of the page and then to Chapters & Councils. 
2. Click on Chapter Leaders. 
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see your chapter's name. 
4. Click on the chapter name, which will bring you to the Chapter Officer Form. 
5. Update information as necessary. If this screen is idle for 20 minutes, the form will time out and you will lose any information     you entered prior to the time out. 
6. Once information has been updated, scroll to the bottom of the form and click on the Submit All Changes button. 
7. You will receive an email letting you know that your changes were submitted.

Some common problems: 

1.
If you do not see your council or chapter listed at the bottom of the Chapter Leaders page, sign out of the MOAA web site and log back in. 
2. If you do not make any changes within 20 minutes of accessing the form, it will time out and you will have go back into the form and re-enter information. 
3. When you are trying to access the Chapter Officer Form, you must be currently entered in our system as one of the officer listed above. If you are a newly elected officer, you must alert us of your new position before you can use this form.
