Provide TRICARE Standard coverage for all members of the SELRES and dependents at a premium that is 28% of SecDef-determined cost. FEHBP-eligibles excluded. Sec. 589 - Revision in contributions to Medicare-Eligible Retiree Health Care Fund. Similar provision but also c larifies Congressional intent and directs that no annual accrual payment required by Chapter 56 should be charged, credited, or classified in any budget formulation, budget functional classification or scoring of mandatory or discretionary spending against the Department of Defense. Sec. 604 - Prohibition of requiring injured members to pay for meals at MTFs. Sec. 616 - Increase in accession bonus for certain health care officials.
