Introduction
The FIRST stop for anyone seeking answers to chapter-related
questions is The Council & Chapter Policy & Procedures Guide! Every
chapter president and most of the other chapter officers should have
a copy. You can access this document online or, if you'd like your own copy, by calling
the MOAA Member Service Center at 1-800-234-6622.
MOAA Councils and Chapters have had many successes in upgrading
their local programs, from recruiting initiatives to legislative
achievements.
The purpose of the Chapter Crossfeed area is to help Council and
Chapter officers share these great ideas with others seeking similar
results. You can read what others have done, or submit summaries of
your own successful initiatives.
These Real life success stories offer summaries of the problems
the Chapter faced in these four general areas, with specific actions
taken, results achieved, and individual points of contact willing to
provide additional advice on their experience.
