Personal assessment tools can offer important insights on your personal and professional goals. But with so many out there – including some with imposing price tags – how can you be sure which tools are legit?

Join Cmdr. Erin Cardinal, USN (Ret), ACC, CPC, MOAA’s program director for career transition services and family programs, for a free webinar where she’ll provide a broad overview of some of her “go-to” assessments. A certified career coach, Cardinal will share her results and reports from these tools to offer a glimpse into what they can offer before you commit time and treasure to these surveys.

Among other topics, these assessments will address:

  • Determining and maximizing your unique, natural strengths
  • Finding the type of work in which you thrive
  • Improving communication at work
  • Overcoming barriers to success

The webinar will serve as a peek into Dare to Dream: Live the Life You Love – the fourth installment of a MOAA web series which offers four weekly virtual sessions to help attendees find what it takes to become the best version of themselves. The fourth Dare to Dream cohort kicks off March 2; check MOAA.org/Events for registration details as they become available.
