Vincent DelSignore

Vincent DelSignore is the director of Community Services at the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University (IVMF) and oversees its work with coordinated networks of care for veterans, servicemembers, and their families across the country. This includes regularly convening organizations operating innovative care systems to share leading best practices related to social determinants of health, community-based collaboration, and evaluation. 
 
As director, Vincent also leads the IVMF’s community-centric technical assistance projects and has experience working alongside nonprofits and state and local governments to enhance their collaborative approaches in serving veterans and military families. 
 
Prior to his current role, Vincent worked at Single Stop USA as a senior program officer, overseeing grantmaking to social services agencies across New York City and supporting program design and implementation for a number of pilot projects focused on economic stability. 
 
Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Sarah Lawrence College and a master’s degree in business administration from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
