Special Communications Award
The Richmond (Va.) Chapter received a special Year of the Chapter Award, recognizing their overall excellence in communication. The chapter publishes The Patriot newsletter and RAC-MOA E-Newsletter, and has its own Web site (http://pages.prodigy.net/jabaumgarten) that are published by editor and webmaster Cmdr. John Baumgarten, USN-Ret. The chapter has an excellent recruiting brochure, and Col. Don Kaiserman, USA-Ret., keeps members up-to-date on pending legislative issues. In the area of unique communication, the chapter offers a “Welcome Aboard” packet for new members.
