In these difficult economic times you may know of a veteran, retiree, or survivor who may qualify for assistance from an under-used Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) program known as Aid and Attendance (A&A). This benefit may be available to wartime veterans and surviving spouses who have in-home care or who live in nursing-homes or assisted-living facilities.
