With MOAA’s military spouse programs, you get the knowledge, tools and events to help you stay informed and empowered. For more than 80 years, we’ve led advocacy for service members and their families. From military spouse employment to military child education, we’re here for you, for life. Here’s how we serve:

Advocacy
Through our legislative action alerts and annual Storm the Hill event, you always know what Congress is doing for military families – and when to speak up. MOAA has been recognized as “The Best in the Business” among military and veterans associations by The Hill newspaper in Washington D.C. four years in a row. Our 416 chapters offer strong grassroots support that leaders rely on to support military families. Visit our Legislative Action Center to find your congressional representative and bills we’re following.

MOAA has been one of our strongest partners on several of the issues we work with state government…”- Ed Kringer, director Department of Defense State Liaison office

Careers
Our members enjoy a career center that can provide professional resume reviews, help you find a local networker or connect you with employers at one of our corporate career fairs. All military spouses can access special features at our MOAA Spouse Career Fairs. MOAA is an official partner in the Military Spouse Employment Partnership.

Benefits
Whether you’re new to the military or getting ready to retire, MOAA’s experts are here to help you navigate the many benefits you’ve earned during your family’s service. Follow CAPT Bud Schneeweis on twitter @BudSMOAA for tweets on military benefits like the Post 9/11 GI Bill, financial planning - or just to say hi. Need a benefit and financial expert at an event? Contact us to get one of our experts to speak to your group.

Community
We’re on the web – Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and our family blog “Making it in the MilLife.” And with 416 chapters we’re probably in your backyard. We haven’t been to an event we didn’t love – tell us how we can support your pre-deployment conferences, yellow ribbon events, or spouse club meetings with advocacy or benefit information and great giveaways.

If you have questions or feedback on how MOAA can better serve your military family, please contact Monique Rizer, Deputy Director of Spouse Programs at moaaspouse@moaa.org.
