MOAA has an office on the Pentagon Concourse within the Pentagon Federal Credit Union. Experts are available to counsel officers stationed in the Pentagon - or passing through - on career transition and military benefits issues.

Scholarship Fund

Scholarship Fund

The Scholarship Fund is supported by donations and bequests from MOAA members, their spouses, and others. MOAA administers this program without deducting any operating expenses whatsoever from donations. 100% of contributions are used for interest-free loans and grants.

The MOAA Educational Foundation (MEF) was established for charitable and educational purposes to benefit active duty, Reserve, National Guard, retired, and former members of the Uniformed Services of the United States, and their family members and surviving spouses.
