Seventeen members of MOAA's Ohio Council of Chapters (OCC) attended the grand opening of the National Veterans Memorial and Museum on Oct. 27 in Columbus, Ohio. The members braved the rain and cold temperatures to take part in the ceremony, which included military leaders past and present.

The images of MOAA members in action below are courtesy of Lt. Col. Joe Machado, USA (Ret). Learn more about the museum here. MOAA spoke to Lt. Gen. Michael Ferriter, USA (Ret), MOAA member and museum president and CEO, prior to the opening; read highlights of that conversation here.
