South Carolina

 

Wild Dunes Resort offers servicemembers a 25-percent discount from Sept. 2, 2014, through Feb. 15, 2015. The military rate at Hawks Cay Resort is $109 a night through Nov. 25, 2014 — a great deal, considering the regular rates range from $199 to $249 a night. The 60-acre resort has 177 guest rooms, 225 two- and three-bedroom villas, a marina, several restaurants, five swimming pools, tennis, and activities from kayaking to kiteboarding.
