Craving a mountain getaway? Here are three ideas, with military discounts of up to 50 percent.

 

Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains

 

The Chateau Resort at the base of Camelback Mountain offers a 50-percent military discount on weekdays (25 percent off on weekends). Oregon’s Cascade Mountains

 

Running Y Ranch in Klamath Falls is a full-service Southern Oregon resort, just across the California border and near Crater Lake. Worried about Oregonian clouds?
