About Our Chapter

We are an active chapter of over 100 members who hold monthly dinner or luncheon meetings on the second Friday of the month from September through June. At each meeting, in addition to the opportunity to socialize with other fellow officers and their spouses, we usually have a guest speaker, raffle and a suitably entertaining joke or two. We select speakers who are of interest to our RI Military community. Our December meeting is our annual Christmas gala, traditionally held at a centrally located dining room. Spouses, widows and widowers of former members and invited guests are always welcome to attend and to participate in all of our activities. Our primary charity fund raising efforts are in support of the Fisher House, an organization that provides virtually no cost accommodations for families of hospitalized wounded service personal, Marine Corps Reserve "Toys for Tots" as well as other military related charities.
